This California Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Policy of PanaxLife, Inc. (“Panaxlife”, “we” “our” or “us”) (www.panaxlife.com) and is effective as of January 1, 2020. As required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, Panaxlife makes the following additional disclosures to natural persons who are California residents, (“Users”, “consumer”, “you”, and “your”),  with the exceptions noted below:

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT OR RECEIVE

During the preceding twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information for business purposes and from the categories of sources indicated below:

  1. Names and email addresses, which we use to provide access to our website, subscribe to our email communications, and use our services. We collect this information from individual users who visit our website landing pages.

  5. Names, email addresses, and social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn),which we collect when you make comments on our blog.
  6. Audio information that individuals leave on voicemail which we use to respond to telephone inquiries.
  7. Inference data, such as information about your purchase preferences.
  8. Internet Protocol addresses, cookies, browsing history, search history and interaction with other websites which we use to improve our website, provide smooth product search or purchasing experiences with affiliate partners (such as Amazon Associates Program), and optimize our online search results. We collect this information from the individual users who visit our website.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

During the preceding twelve months, we have not sold consumers’ personal information to third parties.

During the preceding twelve months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose to the categories of third parties indicated below:

  1. Names, contact information, such as email address to process payment via PayPal for online purchase on our website.
  2. Internet Protocol addresses, cookies, browsing history, search history and interaction with other third party websites to our affiliate marketing partners, such as Amazon Associates Program (Amazon’s affiliate marketing program). For example, you can order products from third parties through our website or online store.
REQUESTS TO DISCLOSE AND DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to request information about the collection of your personal information by Panaxlife, or access to or deletion of your personal information. You have the right to request that we disclose to you what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you and how we have used and disclosed that information to other parties. You also have the right to request that we delete your personal information, even though we may not do so if we are permitted by law to maintain the information.

  • You may request that we disclose or delete your personal information by sending an email message to us at panaxlife@panaxlife.com.
  • If you make such a request, we may require that you provide identifying information which matches the information we maintain about you, and/or provide other information which allows us to verify your identity.
  • If we receive a verifiable request from you to disclose your personal information, we will disclose the information to you free of charge within the time period required by law. If we receive a verifiable request from you to delete your personal information, we will delete the information from our records and direct our service providers to do the same, unless we are permitted by law to maintain the information.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may request that we:

  • Disclose to you the following information covering the 12 months preceding your request:
    1. The categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you and the categories of personal information we sold;
    2. The categories of sources from which we collected such personal information ;
    3. The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information about you; and (We do not sell your personal information)
    4. The categories of third parties to whom we sold or otherwise disclosed personal information.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you; or
  • Opt-out of any future sale of personal information about you.

RIGHT TO NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising his or her rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

EXCEPTIONS TO DISCLOSURES
Job Applicants, Employees and Contractors.

The above disclosures do not apply with respect to personal information that we collect from job applicants, employees or contractors, including the individual’s emergency contact information and information necessary to administer benefits for other persons related to the individual.

“Business-to- Business” Transactions.

The above disclosures do not apply with respect to personal information that reflects a written or verbal communication or transaction between us and an employee, owner, director, officer, or contractor of another business that occurs in the context of our conducting due diligence regarding, providing a product or service to, or receiving a product or service from, that other business.
